Grupo RCMC is a family-owned holding company based in Santa Catarina, Brazil, with over thirty years in real estate investment. Our core activity is the acquisition and development of assets.
Over these three decades, we have built and renovated residential buildings, commercial properties, and corporate floors along the northern coast and the Itajaí Valley, with selective presence in the state's interior. Every operation follows the same rationale: identify the asset's real potential, execute the necessary intervention, and keep it in the portfolio.
From this direct operation emerged the four lines of activity that define the Group today: real estate brokerage, acquisition advisory, real estate development, and proprietary leasing & asset management.
